Adam Blackington
With over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to Avago. His career has spanned roles at industry giants including Amazon Web Services and Google, where he supported mission-critical infrastructure for major federal agencies.
Adam founded Avago with a vision to bridge the gap between technical excellence and creative design. Having observed that many agencies excel at either the visual aspects or the technical implementation—but rarely both—he built Avago to deliver the complete package.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Adam is passionate about creating inclusive digital spaces and supporting diverse businesses. He believes that technology should empower everyone, regardless of identity or background.

Lynden C. Armstrong
Lynden brings nearly three decades of transformational leadership experience from the U.S. Senate, where he most recently served as Deputy Assistant Sergeant at Arms and Chief Information Officer. His career has been defined by driving digital innovation and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
As the Senate's top technology executive, Lynden led a team of over 350 IT professionals, modernizing critical systems and championing user-centric design. His innovative approach to technology leadership has earned him widespread recognition, including the Congressional Management Foundation's Democracy Award for Lifetime Achievement.
A proud co-founder of the GLASS Caucus supporting LGBTQ+ Senate staff, Lynden brings to Avago his passion for combining technical excellence with mission-driven leadership.
