The short version
Avago is a practitioner-led technology consultancy. This website exists to tell you what we do and to let you start a conversation. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into our contact form. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use analytics cookies, we do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not store form submissions in a database.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, you provide the following information:
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company (optional).
- The service you are interested in (chosen from a list).
- The message you write describing your project.
How we use it
We use the information from the contact form for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. A senior practitioner personally reviews every submission and responds, typically within one business day.
We do not use your contact details for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or automated drip sequences, and we do not add you to any list.
How your message is delivered
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email service provider. Resend processes the contents of your submission solely to transmit it to us. A confirmation copy of your message may also be sent back to the email address you provide so you have a record of what you sent.
We do not save form submissions to a database. The record of your message lives in our email inbox, the same as if you had emailed us directly.
Spam protection
To prevent automated spam, the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile checks that you are a real person by processing a verification token from your browser. It is designed to avoid tracking you across sites and does not build an advertising profile. We use the result only to decide whether to accept a form submission.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. We do not set cookies to profile you or to personalize ads. The only data processing beyond the contact form is whatever is strictly necessary to serve the pages of this site and to run the spam protection described above.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share the contents of your contact form only with the service providers that make the form work — Resend (to deliver the email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (to verify the submission). Each processes the data only to provide that function on our behalf.
Data retention
Because submissions arrive as email and are not stored in a database, we retain your message for as long as it remains useful for our correspondence with you, consistent with our normal email housekeeping. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete the message and contact details you sent us, or if you have any question about how your information is handled, use our contact form and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site or the contact form handles information, we will update this page and revise the date below. Because the site does not use a database or tracking, changes here will be infrequent.
