SIP business phones — desk to pocket.
Hosted Voice is SIP-based business phone service. We provision the endpoints — desk phones, desktop and browser softphones, and mobile apps — and register each one over TLS so the same extension follows a person wherever they work. We handle number provisioning and DIDs, and we plan E911 per location so an emergency call resolves to the right address.
We deliver it on an open-source stack we run ourselves or on a partner platform when that fits better — and we’re able to quote and integrate with the platforms we’re partnered with. Either way, BYOD and BYOC are on the table, and the everyday call features — transfer, hunt groups, voicemail — are configured to match how you actually route calls, not a vendor default.
Endpoints, numbers, and the features around them.
Desk phones & softphones
Physical handsets, desktop softphones, and browser clients — provisioned, registered, and templated so a new extension is minutes, not a ticket queue.
Mobile apps & BYOD
The same extension on a phone in a pocket — mobile apps and bring-your-own-device so people carry one number, not two.
Number provisioning & DIDs
New DIDs where you need them and a clean plan for the numbers you already own — we provision, assign, and document them.
SIP registration & signalling
SIP registration for every endpoint over TLS, with SRTP on the media path — signalling we can read in a trace when something looks off.
E911 considerations
Emergency calling that resolves to the right location — we work through E911 registration and dispatchable-location handling per site, not as an afterthought.
Call features
Transfer, hunt groups, and voicemail — the everyday features a team leans on, configured to match how you actually route calls.
